Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes, you can get samples before placing the order. The sample fee varies based on the quantity and style. The sample lead time is usually 7-15 days.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum quantity depends on the product type and size – small item is 300pcs each style,big item is about 200pcs each style.
Can I customize the design?
Yes! All our decorative wooden ducks and wood duck species can be customized based on your needs.
Do you offer packaging options?
Yes, normal package is brown inner box, and outer carton. Customized color box packaging is also available.
What are your payment terms and payment method?
Our standard payment terms are 30% down payment and the balance upon shipment, but we can negotiate terms based on the specific contract and client needs. Such as T/T, L/C at sight.
